We believe that we must understand and respect the individual human
being in order to make relevant, attentive communication that makes
your customers loyal to you. We have to meet the individual where he is
and take his world as our starting point.
Nobody explains what we do better than Søren Kierkegaard:
The Art of Helping
If you truly want to lead a person to a specific place, you have to find him where he is and start from there.
This is the secret of the art of helping. If you cannot do this, you
are lying to yourself when you think you help another person.
If you truly want to help another person, first of all you need to
understand more than he. But most importantly, you have to understand
what he understands. If you fail to do that, the better understanding
you have will not help him. And if you try to push your superior
knowledge anyway, it is because you are so very proud that instead of
helping him you try to make him admire you.
